Who is Karate For?

Karate is for everyone. Karateka (Students) range in age from 14 to 60.  There is no one who cannot benefit from karate training. Each student comes for their own reason: inner peace, self-control, sport competition, technical martial art study, fun, fitness, self/family protection. Each student is on his or her own path of study.  Bay Area Goju is here to help you proceed upon whatever path you have chosen for yourself at a comfortable pace for you.
